Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with jewellery purchases and provide good customer service.
• Support daily showroom operations and maintain product displays.
• Handle customer enquiries, tele-calling, and basic sales duties.
• Perform stock-taking and ensure showroom cleanliness and SOP compliance.

Job Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
